Structural Assessments provide a baseline for existing & potential site conditions.  Based on this, we'll provide Construction Monitoring designs, reports & instrumentation.  Our goal is minimizing hazards and increasing overall safety.

Support of Excavation (SOE) is an essential aspect in most construction projects.  Our experience & designs include a variety of applications, such as, Soldier Pile & Lagging, Secant Piles, Sheet Piles, Underpinning & more.

Any structure built will only be as stable as the foundation it is built upon.  We will always emphasize this concept to all our clients.  Regardless of the soil conditions, we will ensure a combination of the design & construction provides a quality product that is also economical.

More often than not, considerable site work is required prior to the client's intended project.  Whether it is ground improvements, rock removal, or demolition, we have the capabilities to allow turn-key services, in this regard.

Whether for SOE or Foundations, Pile installation is a major factor to our services.  Our equipment allows us to accommodate Mini-Piles to Caissons.  Whether it be for temporary structures or for permanent, SGV will have the resources & equipment necessary to complete the job.
